Michael Lee - Executive Director at New York based IAA World Service Center. Michael is the Immediate Past World Chairman and President of the International Advertising Association, also the President of Lee & Steel Inc, an international media solutions company he established in 1990.
Michael Lee has spoken about many aspects and issues currently confronting the marketing communications industry – at conferences and events worldwide, including IAA Beijing 2004, AdAsia 2005, Asia Pacific Media Forum, and the Cannes Advertising Lions, as well as IAA conferences in London, Moscow, New York, Helsinki, Milan and Tokyo.

Vladimir Filippov-Executive Vice-President of the Association of the Communication Agencies of Russia Vladimir Filippov completed a special program in advertising at the Academy of Foreign Trade in 1991, and in 2004 he graduated from the Higher School of Management of the State University-Higher School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
In 1991 Mr. Filippov became the head of an advertising agency called Aurora, and as a leader of the agency he oversaw many large-scale projects in the field of advertising, marketing and brand-name development. The works of the agency were recognized and have won awards in professional competitions in England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Ukraine and Russia. Mr. Filippov was personally involved in the development of such brand-names as Ehrmann, Granini, KampoMos, Dor Blu, Stinol, Ochakovo, Upsa, Glade, Raid, MILFORD, etc. Currently, Mr. Filippov occupies the post of the First Vice-President of the Association of the Communication Agencies of Russia, is the President of the Russian Academy of Advertising, Vice President of the Russian branch of the International Advertising Association (IAA) and is the full member of the Academy of Russian Literature.

Irina Kuznetsova- Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition. Irina Kuznetsova has been in the advertising business since the early 90s. She graduated from the Dragomanov Kiev State Pedagogical University and then received her MBA at the University of International Relations IBR in Germany.
Irina Kuznetsova is the General director of a marketing communications agency called “Dialla” (Ukrainian independent agency, which is part of the largest network of independent agencies of the works ICOM), President of the Kiev International Advertising Festival and the official representative of the International Cannes Lions festival in the Ukraine.

Patrick Marrinan – Senior Vice President & Account Management Director, Young & Rubicam, New York. With over 24 years of marketing communications experience, Patrick has developed and implemented international advertising campaigns for such noted brands as Philip Morris, AT&T, and others.
Prior to Young & Rubicam, Patrick was at such renowned advertising agencies as Grey Advertising, McCann Erickson, and BBDO.

Ekaterina Vinokurtseva - Editor-in-Chief, "Advertising Industry" magazine Ekaterina Vinokurtseva graduated from Moscow State Social University. Before taking her current assignment with "Advertising Industry" she was the head of the Business-Technology division, and was later promoted to deputy editor of "Company" magazine. Before "Company" she was with "World of Advertising" newspaper.

Oleg Rabinovich - Chairman of the Oversight Committee Counsel, Media International Group Oleg Rabinovich is Chairman of the oversight committee of Media International Group, which includes the oldest American newspaper Novoe Russkoe Slovo, the European publication "NRC", the political weekly "CN-Stolichniye Novosty", the Ukrainian daily newspaper "Stolitsa", and the Israeli "MIG" publication. The holding company also owns the internet sites Mignews.com, Mignews.com.ua , Migsport.com, NRS.com, NRS.ru, DN.kiev.ua, and CN.com.ua. Born in Ukraine, and having repatriated over 15 years ago, Rabinovich is fluent in several languages. Under his leadership, the site Media International Group quickly gained popularity in Runet and stably occupied the leading spots on top lists. Under his initiative, Media International Group began serious support for a number of philanthropic projects, promoting cultural development, art, and sport on various continents. In addition to being a media-manager, Oleg Rabinovich is also a highly professional editor, having effectively directed and advised media in daily operations.

Leonid Blechman - General Director, Russian-language TV channel in Israel "Israel Plus" (Channel Nine) Leonid Blechman graduated from Moscow All Union State Institute of Cinematography with a degree in directing. From his first award at the Cinematography Institute film festival for the movie "I thee" to the present, Mr. Blechman has worked as a director and producer in almost all TV genres. He produced the first Israeli TV commercial for Russian-language audience for Duty Free. The music clip that he directed,"Hot Soil", was among top six in the MTV Europe Grand Prix. Mr. Blechman is a co-producer of the first joint Russian-Israeli TV drama "Under the sky of Verona". Over the last few years Mr. Blechman has been working in Israel.

Karen Lithgow - Vice President and General Manager of the International Remittance business with US origination for Western Union. Over the past 8 years, Karen has held various positions within Western Union, including Director of Global Advertising, Global Products and Vice President, Marketing for the US business to Europe, Asia, Africa, South Asia, Middle East, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Other roles she has held include leading the International expansion efforts for Vigo Money Transfer.
Karen has extensive experience in International Marketing and General Management from Disney Consumer Products and Procter & Gamble. As a Senior Marketing Manager for Disney Consumer Products, Karen managed the Character Brand and Film & TV properties for the region of Latin America. Karen received her initial marketing training in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, managing various brands in diverse categories in the Caribbean.
Karen holds a Masters of Science degree in International Business from Georgetown University.

Irina Pustovit-Executive Editor of AdWorker.ru Irina Pustovit has been in the publishing business since 1999. She worked as a publishing editor for the magazine called “Outdoor Media” and as the executive secretary for the magazine Industriya Reklami (Advertising Industry), where she was working on composing different ratings within advertising/marketing industry, including ratings of media agencies. Since 2007 she has been fulfilling the responsibilities of the director of AdWorker.ru. In 2007 she received a diploma from an educational program called WordShop BBDO.
